Former MSGCU Board Member Larry Swantek, a teacher for 25 years, embraced his role as an educator and taught lessons that impacted thousands of students both in and out of the classroom. The Larry Swantek Educational Studies Scholarship is designed to assist high school seniors planning to major in Education in college or college students currently majoring in Education.

Students will be selected based on a number of criteria including a critical thinking essay and academic achievement. Four (4) $2,500 scholarships are offered.
